Xingtai Chenfeng Bicycle Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of bicycles, children's ride-on vehicles and bicycle spare parts, based in the Hegumiao Industrial Zone of Pingxiang County, Hebei Province, China.
Pingxiang is recognised by the China Bicycle Association as the country's bicycle parts base and children's bicycle capital. Roughly a quarter of China's bicycle parts and a large share of its children's ride-on vehicles are produced within a few kilometres of our factory gate, which gives us deep and fast access to components, tooling and skilled labour.
We supply importers, wholesalers, toy chains and e-commerce sellers in more than 60 countries across Russia and the CIS, Europe, South America, the Middle East, South-East Asia and Africa. Our business is built on repeat orders rather than one-off transactions: most of our customers have been buying from us for more than three years.

How We Work
Say the real lead time
We would rather quote 30 days and deliver in 28 than quote 20 and explain a delay. Buyers plan their cash flow and retail seasons around our dates, so a date we miss costs them more than it costs us.
Fix the problem, not the complaint
When something goes wrong we ask for photos and batch numbers, find the root cause on the line, and correct the process. We do not send a discount and hope the issue goes away.
Protect the buyer's brand
We do not sell your designs to other customers, and we do not quote the same custom model to your competitors. Tooling developed for your brand stays exclusive to you.
Documentation that clears customs
Test reports, MSDS, UN38.3, packing lists and loading photos are prepared as standard, not as an extra service. Missing paperwork is the most common reason shipments sit at port, and it is entirely avoidable.
